Tamara Duby-Sheahan

As a Health Planning and Promotions Coordinator, Tamara collaborates with external customers and internal employees to ensure HAP well-being products support market needs, and offer best/next practices in corporate wellness. She provide strategic consultation to HAP customers, tailoring corporate well-being strategies to their worksite. She also manages, educates and empowers internal HAP employees to engage in healthy behaviors to reduce unnecessary health care burden, improve productivity and performance, and cultivate healthier culture.

Tamara earned a Master’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Michigan State University. She is also Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM), Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach (DPP) and Intrinsic Coach®.
